At JD Enterprises, we aim to provide high-quality computer products and accessories. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions related to returns and replacements.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

The product is unused, in original condition, and includes:

All accessories

Invoice/bill

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Software, licenses, and activation keys

Opened or used products (unless defective)

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

Items without original packaging or invoice

Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact JD Enterprises within 24 hours of receiving the product

Share order details along with images or an unboxing video (if requested)

Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the return process
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Replacement Policy

Approved returns will be eligible for replacement only, not cash refund.

Replacement will be processed after inspection of the returned product.

If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product or store credit may be offered.
5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable unless explicitly approved by JD Enterprises.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping will be borne by JD Enterprises.

For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted or borne by the customer.
7. Warranty Claims

Products covered under manufacturer's warranty must be claimed directly with the respective brand’s authorized service center.

JD Enterprises may assist in guiding customers, but is not responsible for warranty service delays.
8. Exchange & Cancellation

Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
